Cherry Tomatoes- feel free to swap cherry tomatoes for grape tomatoes or cubed heirloom tomatoes.

  • 2-3 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3 persian cucumbers chopped into about â…“ inch pieces
  • 1 orange bell pepper chopped

For the Vinaigrette
