@CoxHelp You know what Cox does really well at is customer service. Not just you tweeting me. But calling in and reaching someone is fast. Best of all is the ability to call and immediately get a modem reset. My frustration remains upload speeds. Secondary is the occasional clogged drain.

I am staying with @CoxComm cable TV, and @TMobile wireless, and @WellsFargo banking, even though there are always attractive offers for me to switch. They have been good companies with great customer service, and I appreciate that.

@CoxHelp When I run in my neighborhood, I see Cox trucks regularly trying to fix whatever problems plague NW Vegas.I’ve called in and asked about upload speeds and been told no amount of me upgrading my service will perfect Cox’s upload speeds.So.Nothing you can do, Tiff.

@CoxHelp Weeks ago I got a knock on my door for entry to my backyard. Claiming Cox line maintenance. They left a line that goes to my house so low that kids could reach. I’ve called to have it fixed but no luck since I’m not a current customer. AT&T confirmed that it is not their line.
