  @CoxHelp @Conmaann Won’t change anything. They’ll tell you they see no packet loss, reset your router a few times, and then say it’s slow because of multiple devices and people are using the internet a lot. Don’t waste your time 😂

  @CoxHelp I ordered the equipment, picked it up, tried to install the modem and it didn’t work. It’s flashing orange. A tech cama out to take a look and the problem wasn’t fixed. Now I want another tech and I’m being charged $50, so unfair. Have gone a week without cable/internet.

  Well...I guess the one downside to having internet TV is when @CoxHelp decides to go down in the entire Phoenix area in the middle of a quarantine and you have no cable/satellite to fall back to 😑😑😑

  @CoxHelp Weeks ago I got a knock on my door for entry to my backyard. Claiming Cox line maintenance. They left a line that goes to my house so low that kids could reach. I’ve called to have it fixed but no luck since I’m not a current customer. AT&T confirmed that it is not their line.
