  @CoxHelp Thank you. I can understand this is a challenging time due to the weather-related issues. I just wish there was even the slightest bit of communication. And, I wish whomever was coordinating scheduling would just be more honest and realistic about when a tech might be available.

  @elleinadspir @CoxComm Some nearby neighbors have their service working. So, I don’t think it’s an outage. The line to my house just got taken down. But, what you are saying seems to be what is happening.

  @CoxHelp I’m honestly curious. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic? But, if a service company reschedules an appointment, should they not notify their customer of that change? My appointment has been re-scheduled multiple times, and I’ve received exactly no communication in that regard.

  @CoxHelp The problem is Karen, none of your agents said anything about a pool. A customer assumes that if they told a date for service, that the service would happen in that date. And if it didn’t, we’d get the curtesy of a reason, and a reschedule. I’ve had none of that.

  @CoxHelp Weeks ago I got a knock on my door for entry to my backyard. Claiming Cox line maintenance. They left a line that goes to my house so low that kids could reach. I’ve called to have it fixed but no luck since I’m not a current customer. AT&T confirmed that it is not their line.
