Around my house we have meals that we call the Working Mom’s Specials. Plus, these taste really, really good!

TIPS FOR MAKING GARLIC BREAD CHICKEN PARMESAN PIZZAS:

  • Any pre-cooked chicken will work for this: grilled, rotisserie or even chicken nuggets
  • In addition, marinara sauce can be substituted for the pizza sauce. You might want a little extra for dipping!
  • To serve: I just grabbed one of those prepackaged Caesar Salad Kits that are in the produce section to serve with this.

Made this tonight for dinner and it was a hit with the family–they gobbled it up. I used chicken tenders chopped up and served it with a side of spaghetti. Kids told me that I can make it again so that was an affirmation that they liked it.

With all the activities today's youth add to their daily routine, parents have little time for meal planning let alone cooking. And with the price of groceries going up let alone gas for the family vehicle, every little tip helps to save time and money. This cook book seems to do just that. My youngest son age 15 is in Scouts and Key Club. He has decided to add wrestling and banjo lessons to his extra-curricular activities. This cook book appears to have recipes that will help me to keep up with him. And I need all the tips I can get with an active teenager! 🙂

  9. This cook book appears to be a rather down to earth book. With the price of groceries going up and parents always on the go getting their children from point A to point B, the recipes seem practical, time saving, and cost practical. My youngest is in Boy Scouts and Key Club, and has now decided to add wrestling and banjo lessons to his activities. With all this activity, there is little time for meal planning let alone cooking. Any little tips are always helpful and welcomed–and this cook book appears to fit the bill.
